It's Finally Here! New Online Store - New Look!

Happy New Year!!

I know I haven't blogged in what seems like quite a while -but I've been extremely busy. Aside from having created a handful of new pieces I've been diligently working on improving your shopping experience.

Today, I am so very excited to announce the new online store has been finished and tested, as promised for 2007. There are still a few minor things to tweak, including better quality thumbshots for each product and better organization of products. BUT, shopping at Crystal Allure has never been easier!!

With the new store your shopping experience is now improved through an account creation that offers (to name just a few) order tracking, mailing address management, discount offers AND now you can pay using either PayPal or your credit card! Also forthcoming will be a gift certificate option -great for gifts!

In the next few days I'll be working on finishing up the smaller details of the new store so that I can get to the introduction of all the new pieces for early 2007 -stay tuned.....

The only caveat to the new store is even though it was tested I am nervous a customer might have a problem checking out but if for any reason you do -PLEASE email me so that I can get that problem fixed.

In Preparation For The Spring 2007 Collection

Last night I began work on a new earring design that will premier for Spring 2007 and I'm so excited about the new jewelry coming next year that I can barely contain myself!

I had ordered the beads for this design earlier in the week and they arrived last night. I have a ton of other projects on the bench right now but I wanted to work on this one particular design. A few hours later I've completed three pairs. I'm absolutely loving this new design and can't wait to share it with all of you!

Although you'll have to wait until early 2007...sorry. : (

Join Me At The Open House

This coming Saturday will be your last chance to pick up great Crystal Allure Creations, including one-of-a-kind jewelry, before the new year!

The open house will begin at 1:00 pm and end at 4:00 pm at my bead studio located in Rochester, New York (contact me for directions). Remember, it's an open house, so you can come in and shop at your leisure -no need to sit and listen to a pitch. I'm not a big fan of those types of shows myself and much prefer open houses any day! Or maybe I should say, "open bead studio".
